Shipping Returns
We ship within 3-5 business days of order being placed and we only ship in the US as of right now. Please note that custom orders take longer to process depending on quantity and design.
We will be happy to assist you with eligible returns, the return instructions, and the shipping address. Please not that custom products can not be returned. If you need a return or exchange, send us an email so we can discuss a replacement.
* Time - 48 Hours From receiving products.
* Method of refund - Store credit
* Product condition - Item must be unused and in the package it was given.
* Refund contact info -We do not offer cash refunds, we will replace any product that is not up to standard.
* Charges, if any - If product is not right due to company fault, company will replace or fix without cost to the customer. Written communication will be provided via email for documentation purposes.
